We recommend that you begin shopping for your dress at least 8-12 months before your wedding. Depending on your gown, it can take up to 6 months for it to arrive with an additional 6 weeks for any alterations needed.

Yes. Birch On Main operates on a by appointment basis only so that we can focus on providing a personal and exceptional bridal experience. Booking is easy and you can do it online or over the phone. We are always here to help, email info@birchonmain.com, or call 256.270.8895

Our bridal appointments range from an hour and a half to two hours based on the style you book. You can also schedule your accessories and bridesmaids appointments, please check out our Appointments page for more details.

Our gowns range in price from $1,600 - $7,000 with the majority falling between $2,000 - $4,000.

The majority of our gowns fall between sizes 8-14 with the ability to special order smaller or larger sizes. We also carry a curvy line with gowns falling between sizes 18-24. We can always accommodate your perfect size!

We recommend bringing any undergarments you feel most comfortable in. Most of our clients wear nude pieces and bring a strapless bra and spanx. We recommend light makeup and a hair clip/tie. Please do not spray tan less than 48 hours before your appointment.

Once you have decided on your dream dress, we will take all your measurements and place the order. With this step, we require a 60% deposit. When your gown arrives we will notify you right away and schedule your first look appointment. OR we can ship the gown directly to you for an extra fee. We recommend scheduling your first look with us as we can help you decide if you need alterations, help you learn to bustle your gown, and give you all of the wedding day tips you may need. Our team is here for you every step of the way!

We fit you as close to your dress size as possible, but alterations will be necessary to insure your perfect fit (not including any special changes). We will refer you to a highly recommended seamstress for your final fitting. Alterations are a separate fee paid to the seamstress directly.

There is no fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we are happy to reschedule your visit. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment you will be automatically charged the cancellation fee of $100. We are thrilled to be a small, intimate boutique and have limited appointments available each day. Our waiting list is often excited to step into an available appointment, and If you cancel last minute we lose the chance to help another bride find her dream dress. *We are always here to help and understand that emergencies arrive.*

All of our gowns are made to order and are Final Sale. Birch On Main does not accept any exchanges or refunds once you have purchased your dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses, and/or accessories.

Absolutely! We love helping all brides accessorize with your dress and day in mind. You are more than welcome to bring your dress in and try it on to make sure the veil and jewelry you select with us looks exactly how you envisioned for your wedding day. Please choose the "Accessories Appointment" when booking.

Sample Sale Appointments are perfect for the bride that dreams of a luxury wedding dress on a budget. We have a great selection of gowns that are available to purchase off the rack and retail between $2,000 - $6,000. All Sample Sale gowns are in pristine condition but heavily discounted and are best for brides who normally wear a size 4-12. *You will be able to take your gown home the same day!* If you are interested in Sample Sale Gowns, check out our sister store, Amari Bridal! Yes! We are thrilled to now offer both Suit and Tux rentals or purchases! We have booklets for you to look through to pick out the perfect look for your groom! We recommend guys get measured 2-3 months out from the wedding to provide the most accurate sizing.
